The CBD15/20-YZ is an economical walkie fully electric pallet truck series, including two models: CBD15-YZ with a rated capacity of 1.5 tons and CBD20-YZ with a rated capacity of 2 tons. It is mainly designed for applications in warehousing and logistics, manufacturing, supermarket distribution, and light industrial material handling.
Positioned between traditional manual pallet trucks and standard heavy-duty electric pallet trucks, the CBD15/20-YZ series focuses on improving handling efficiency while balancing equipment investment costs, maintenance costs, and operational convenience. It provides an entry-level solution for companies seeking to upgrade their warehouse handling operations with electric equipment.
In terms of overall design, the CBD15/20-YZ adopts a walk-behind operation structure with a compact body and small turning radius, allowing it to operate efficiently in space-limited environments such as narrow aisles, racking areas, elevators, and truck compartments. The standard fork length is typically 1150 mm or 1200 mm, with optional fork widths of 560 mm and 685 mm, making it compatible with most standard wooden pallets, plastic pallets, and logistics pallets. Its dimensions are similar to those of a traditional hand pallet truck, providing excellent flexibility for movement inside warehouses.
For the power system, the CBD15/20-YZ adopts DC drive control technology. The CBD15-YZ is equipped with an approximately 0.75 kW drive motor, while the CBD20-YZ features an approximately 0.9 kW drive motor. The lifting motor power is around 0.8 kW. This configuration meets the requirements of frequent start-stop operations, full-load handling, and short-distance transportation in warehouse environments.
The truck offers a loaded travel speed of approximately 4.0–4.2 km/h and an unloaded speed of around 4.5 km/h, achieving a balance between operational efficiency and safety.
