The CBD15/20-ZLi-S is a lightweight walkie-type lithium battery pallet truck, also commonly known as an “electric pallet jack” in the logistics industry. In terms of product positioning, it is an entry-level to mid-range warehouse handling equipment, mainly designed for the horizontal transportation of palletized goods rather than rack stacking operations. In the model name, “CBD” stands for electric pallet truck, “15/20” indicates the rated load capacities of 1.5 tons and 2.0 tons, “Li” represents the lithium battery version, and “S” refers to the lightweight and compact series.
The biggest feature of this product is the combination of the compact body design of a traditional manual pallet truck with an electric drive system. The truck features a compact structure, with a standard fork length of around 1150 mm. The fork outer width is available in 550 mm narrow-leg and 685 mm wide-leg versions, making it compatible with most standard pallets used in the market. With a maximum lifting height of approximately 200 mm, it is designed only to lift pallets slightly off the ground for transportation. Therefore, it is essentially a material handling truck rather than a stacking truck.
