The CBD15/20-Y(Li) is the general designation for a series of lithium battery-powered walkie fully electric pallet trucks. The series includes two models: CBD15-YLi with a rated capacity of 1.5 tons and CBD20-YLi with a rated capacity of 2 tons.
Designed for applications in warehousing and logistics, manufacturing plants, supermarket distribution centers, e-commerce warehouses, and express delivery hubs, the CBD15/20-Y(Li) is mainly used for horizontal pallet transportation, loading and unloading operations, and production line material delivery. As one of the key models in HELI’s economical lithium battery pallet truck product range, the CBD15/20-Y(Li) offers an excellent balance between equipment cost, operating efficiency, and maintenance convenience, making it one of the widely used lithium electric pallet trucks in the market.
In terms of product design, the CBD15/20-Y(Li) is an upgraded version of the traditional CBD15/20-Y model with an advanced lithium battery system. The truck adopts a walk-behind operation structure with a compact body design. Its minimum turning radius is approximately 1441–1491 mm, allowing it to operate efficiently in narrow spaces such as warehouse racking areas, elevators, truck tail lifts, and container interiors.
The standard fork length is 1150 mm or 1200 mm, with optional fork widths of 560 mm and 685 mm. This enables compatibility with most standard pallets and logistics turnover pallets.
