The CBD20-150G(Li) is a 2-ton heavy-duty walkie fully electric pallet truck, where “Li” indicates the lithium battery version. Positioned above standard economical electric pallet trucks, this model belongs to the medium-to-high intensity warehouse material handling equipment category. It is specially developed for logistics centers, manufacturing plants, large warehouses, cold storage facilities, and distribution centers with frequent loading and unloading operations.
Compared with lightweight lithium battery pallet trucks, the CBD20-150G(Li) features a larger battery capacity, a more powerful drive system, and longer continuous operating capability, making it more suitable for all-day and high-frequency material handling applications.
In terms of product structure, the CBD20-150G(Li) adopts a walk-behind operation design with a rated load capacity of 2000 kg and a load center distance of 600 mm. The truck is equipped with standard 1150 mm forks, with a typical fork width of 550 mm or other optional specifications, allowing compatibility with most standard pallets.
The minimum fork height is approximately 85 mm, while the maximum lifting height is around 205 mm. The truck is mainly designed for pallet transportation and loading/unloading operations rather than high-level rack stacking. With an overall length of approximately 1830 mm and a width of around 725 mm, the CBD20-150G(Li) maintains excellent maneuverability while providing strong load-handling capability.
