The CBD20/25/30-VRD(471)(Li) is a new-generation high-performance stand-on lithium battery electric pallet truck, positioned for the mid-to-high-end warehouse logistics market. It is mainly designed for applications such as large logistics centers, e-commerce warehouses, manufacturing distribution lines, express sorting centers, and other operations requiring long-distance and high-frequency material handling.
The series is available in three rated load capacities: 2 tons, 2.5 tons, and 3 tons. Building on the high-efficiency advantages of traditional stand-on pallet trucks, it further enhances travel speed, operating endurance, driving comfort, and intelligent control features, making it one of the key models in HELI’s lithium battery pallet truck product lineup. In the model designation, “VRD” represents the high-performance stand-on platform, while “Li” indicates the use of a lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery system.
In terms of product positioning, the 471 platform is designed specifically for long-distance transportation applications. Compared with conventional walkie pallet trucks, the vehicle is equipped with a full stand-on operator platform and side protection arms, allowing operators to ride and drive the truck instead of walking alongside it for extended periods.
For warehouse environments with large daily transportation volumes and long travel routes, this design can significantly reduce operator fatigue, improve productivity, and minimize safety risks associated with prolonged manual operation.
