The CTD10-090 is a 1-ton fully electric walkie stacker mainly designed for warehouses, factories, supermarket distribution centers, and light-duty logistics operations. Compared with the previously mentioned CDD20-TF, the CTD10-090 is a lighter and more economical warehouse handling solution. Its main purpose is not heavy-load transportation, but rather short-distance standard pallet movement and low-to-medium height pallet stacking.
In the model designation, “CTD10” represents a rated load capacity of 1000 kg (1 ton), while “090” generally indicates a single mast (Mono Mast) version with a wide-leg structure.
In terms of overall design, the biggest feature of the CTD10-090 is its central single-column mast structure, instead of the traditional dual-column mast design. This configuration provides operators with a wider front view during operation, making it easier to observe fork positioning when aligning loads, accessing racks, and working in narrow areas, thereby improving operating accuracy and safety.
Because the mast is positioned in the center, the truck features a more compact overall structure, making it especially suitable for small and medium-sized warehouses and retail distribution centers.
