The CBD15/20-TLi is a lightweight lithium battery-powered walkie electric pallet truck, positioned in the economical warehouse material handling equipment market. It is mainly designed for short-distance pallet transportation, loading and unloading operations, and internal warehouse logistics distribution. The series includes two models: CBD15-TLi with a rated capacity of 1.5 tons and CBD20-TLi with a rated capacity of 2 tons. It is specially developed for applications such as small and medium-sized warehouses, e-commerce distribution centers, retail stores, manufacturing workshops, and logistics hubs.
The biggest advantage of the CBD15/20-TLi is that it combines lightweight design and cost efficiency with advanced lithium battery and brushless drive technology, delivering higher working efficiency and lower operating costs compared with traditional manual hydraulic pallet trucks.
In terms of overall design, the CBD15/20-TLi features a compact body structure with dimensions similar to a traditional hand pallet truck. It can easily operate in elevators, truck compartments, containers, and narrow warehouse aisles. With a minimum turning radius of approximately 1374–1425 mm, the truck offers excellent maneuverability and is especially suitable for space-limited storage environments.
The standard fork length is 1150 mm, with optional fork widths of 560 mm or 685 mm to accommodate most standard pallet sizes. The total vehicle weight is only around 131–137 kg, making it lighter, more flexible, and easier to operate compared with conventional electric pallet trucks.
