The CBD35-520(Li) is a 3.5-ton stand-on lithium battery electric pallet truck and a member of the 520 heavy-duty platform series. It is specifically designed for high-load, long-distance, and high-frequency material handling operations, making it one of the higher-capacity and higher-efficiency models in HELI’s pallet truck product lineup.
Compared with conventional 2-ton to 3-ton electric pallet trucks, the CBD35-520(Li) offers a rated load capacity of 3500 kg, enabling it to easily handle heavy palletized goods, industrial raw materials, large components, paper rolls, beverage pallets, and other demanding logistics transportation tasks in manufacturing and industrial environments.
In terms of product structure, the CBD35-520(Li) adopts a stand-on rider design. The rear section of the truck is equipped with a spacious operator platform and protective side arms, allowing operators to stand and drive the truck instead of walking alongside it during transportation. Compared with traditional walkie pallet trucks, this design significantly reduces operator fatigue and greatly improves both productivity and driving comfort, especially in warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing facilities that require frequent long-distance transportation.
The 520 platform is designed as a single-pallet transport configuration. Compared with the 510 double-pallet version, it features a more compact overall structure while maintaining strong load-handling capability and excellent adaptability to warehouse operating environments.
